I'm done. First print went well, now the problems start
Hi there,
my kit arrived yesterday. The build went well so far. The only issue i have is the cable management heatbed-->rambo. If i ziptie it as shown in the manual, i have it touches/hangs at the ziptie of the Y-axis endstop...
Anyway, i printed the Prusa-Logo that came with the SD without any problems

After that success i wanted to do the treefrog, from SD as well. It started nicely until at about Z = 0.7 one of the front feet stopped sticking to the glass.
What could here be the issue? Not enough/too less glue? Uneven glue-film? The other foot as well as the body held very good, so i think that the calibration/configuration is all right.

Welcome to the forum.
Firstly you have to understand that all printers are different and are printing in different environmental conditions, so what works for one may not work for another.
However, in this situation it is likely that your calibration is slightly out on one side, where the foot lifted. When calibrating, you have to go around each corner multiple times because adjusting one screw can alter all 4 corners.
I have never printed the treefrog, but looking at the gcode, I see that the first layer is 0.2mm. For various reasons, with this print when calibrating the card need to be a tad tight under the nozzle.
Of course, how you lay down the glue is also important, as there is some thickness in each glue later.
Personally, I prefer to print on blue painters tape (for PLA) which gets rid of the possibility of uneven glue layering, but the downside is that the bottom of the print is not as pretty, so when I am printing a part where the first layer will be the top, I use clean glass with 2 smooth layers of glue stick.
At first, you may find things very difficult, but you will quickly learn what your printer likes and how it needs to be set up. You will of course have a few (or many...) failed prints on the way, but the end result will be worthwhile.

thanks for the input. I reduced the distance between bed and nozzle, heated the bed to 60°C and applied 2 layers of glue.
The result is astonishing. It looks absolutly perfect. I'm gonna upload pics later
