Validate the potential risk for yourself...

I had a similar issue. so I
1, Raised the Extruder so I could easily see a gap below it,
2, set the preheat temperature for ABS
3, removed the screws from the filament drive idler,
4, stalled the fan (with my finger, )on the extruder assembly, so that the heat could start building in the cold end, and simultaneously, pushed the filament into the cold end from above, as the heat rose into the cold end, the filament softened and became extrude-able. and I pushed it out the hot end.
as soon as the filament started moving, I released the fan on the extruder and kept pushing the filament into the top of the extruder, by hand.

once about 50mm of filament has gone through you can try letting it all col down and hope the problem has gone away...

likely issues...
you could distort the part fan duct and / or the extruder mount parts due to unexpected heat in the heatsink,
you might overheat the PTFE tube and damage it.
you might break the filament making it difficult to push through.

on the flip side you might sort the problem with little effort

the ptfe tube is pushed through a selflocking mechanism (as you might know from the bowden push fittings) at the top of the cold end cooler, so you can't pull it out in the direction of the filament spool. to unlock this mechanism you need to push the small brim of the mechanism downwards in direction of the hotend and pull the ptfe out with some pliers.

❗ but to do this, you need to disassemble the whole extruder body ❗
