Heat bed temperature vs real value
Hello, I have my Prusa i3 mk2 and try to print spitfire and now I'm fighting with warping with pla....
First thing was i had little under extursion, now i added M92 at beginning *.gcode file but have another problem, the temperature of heated bed.
I use multimeter to measure temp, and this results:
Temp of room 23'C on printer 30'C
set/indicated------------------------real measurement
30----------------------------------------23
40----------------------------------------36
50----------------------------------------43
60----------------------------------------49
70----------------------------------------56
80----------------------------------------62
90----------------------------------------69
100--------------------------------------79
and the question is: should I just change my settings in .gcode's or is there way to calibrate this?
Regards!
Re: Heat bed temperature vs real value
Hi piotr.
Where were you measuring the temperatures?
The prusa printer only monitors one point on the heat bed. All the rest of the heat bed,is un monitored.
I believe there is a table tbat you can edit to correct the readings. If you want

Re: Heat bed temperature vs real value
Yes, and the heat pattern is deliberately varied across the bed, with the corners being heated more.

Re: Heat bed temperature vs real value
Hi again! Today I wanted to print some ABS and of corse measured temp, here is what i did:
set temp to 125'C and waited about 30 min, printer show me temp 125'C and the real temp was max 88'C in the middle and about 80 in corners, is there option that my heatbed is broken or sth?
