Heat Bed not leveling
I purchased the kit, built everything and then ran all the config setups. Everything passed, including telling me that everything was perpendicular.
However, it's clear my bed is not level and I can not seem to get it to level out. I've used the bed correct and gone from -50um on the left AND 50um on the right and it's still off far enough that on prints that span the middle of the board I get separation and on small prints they pop off because they don't get good first layer adhesion.
What I want to know is what I can do to fix this? I put a piece of glass on the board itself and it seems level. I used three different levels to check all the axis and that seems level. I've got a laser mm accurate level on order.
It's just really frustrating because what prints is so nice, but I can't print anything like the frog from the SD card because the front left (when looking at from the front) pops off and ruins the print. I've also tried a few different small objects (like filament clips) and as soon as they branch out too far they start popping off too.
Any recommendations on what I can adjust or check to bring the bed into better alignment?
