First Layer Leveling

After nearly 2 weeks, I still seem to have trouble getting the first layer really smooth across the entire surface. Using the 75x75 calibration code on the forum, I can always get the beginning half to be super smooth, but almost every time as it hits the middle, it starts to look rough like its digging in. I have tried moving the PINDA and specific bed calibration.

Average Live Z is around -210
Its always the back half of the bed that seems rougher (so closer to the nozzle)
Tried putting washers on the front half to make it closer to the nozzle with no success.

Anyone seen this as well?

You shouldn't have to use washers anywhere. Remove them and try measuring the distance between the bed surface and the ground. It shouldn't deviate that much around the printer. If it does, there's something amiss (like the Y axis rods not sitting perfectly).

Any difference between centre and front/back/left/right should be adjusted using the bed level correction menu option.
