Extrusion Problems After Extended Print

I just finished a 21 hour print with Hatchbox Wood PLA that came out wonderfully, but when I went to start another print nothing was working right. The would PLA wouldn't stick to the print bed and was just bunching up around the nozzle. I recalibrated Z Axis but no change. Thinking maybe something was going on with the filament I swapped on the silver PLA that came with the printer and tried to print something small, but it was showing underextrusion in the first layer. I replaced the Prusa PLA with Solutech 3D PLA that I've had good luck with before and printed the following V2 Calibration.

You can kind of see that the first line prints fine (as does the wipe that the Slic3r gcode does before printing), but after that it prints in that kind of zig zag pattern. At this point I was using the exact same Z adjust I had used the night before. I tried increasing the Flow setting up to as high as 150 to see if that made any difference but it still came out with that pattern. I've even tried changing the live Z adjust on the off chance that something was odd there, but that didn't make any difference.

Anyone have any thoughts? I can't seem to find anything like this in any troubleshooting guide, and treating it like under extrusion isn't getting me anywhere.

Did you ever find the solution?  I have the exact same problem after using Hatchbox Wood PLA
