Did you guys have test protocol in the package? It should catch the bad cartridges.
I am sending huge box of out of spec ones back to e3d this week. It is really lame of them, 20% of the cartridges are over +-10% tolerance :/
I will be getting 40W heaters from them since the batch I ordered yesterday, where it will work every time.
As far as the bulk ordering, unfortunately they still send only 1-2 packs of gummy bears per package. Its a ripoff 🙁 😀

Hey, I didn't get any gummy bears from you in my package! I actually felt betrayed for a moment.
Unfortunately I think my test protocol went in the trash early on after the assembly was finished.
An update on my issue:
Thanks again for sending me a new cartridge. I replaced it today during the evening (btw, maintenance is really easy, and everything is easily accessible! Big plus).
The new cartridge works really well. I benchmarked it by manually setting the temperature to 210C and setting the print fan to maximum, and it holds up now! Before, it would drop to 193-192 if I left the print fan on maximum, and I had to lower it to around 55-60% speed for it to keep at least around 205C.
