Extruder Motor not working

Hi, just completed to mount the kit
All it's OK apart from the extruder motor, which do not work.

I made this tests:
1) Settings -> Move Axis -> Extruder
2) "Load Filament" with the preheated noozle.
3) Switch the motor to the X axis and then Settigns -> Move X

No one of these tests worked, what I should try now? Maybe it's a connector issue? If so, I can I test that safely?

Update: sometime it start making some noise but it cannot turn.
I had a similar behaviour in the past with motors that had too low/wrong current
How can I detect where the problem is?

More update: the connector was broken (the white cable was basically not connecting). I've cut it away the old connetor and connected with one of the mine (maintaining the order of the wire: white, blue, orange, black). Now when I try to load the filament the motor "tremble" instead of turning...like there are too few current.

Ok, Tried to change the order of the color...it worked! 🙂
The wiring in that motor has been inverted 😀

...well...to be precise the load/unload directions are inverted, I have to figure out which is the correct order....

Fixed. At the end the initial order was correct, but the connector was badly mounted.
Now all it's OK and it's printing 🙂
