Extruder issues

I've recently updated to the 3.0.6 version of the firmware and after that i'm having issues with my extruder. The outline of my print looks good but about halfway through the first layer fill the extruder stops pulling filliment in. In stead it appears that it's feeding it backwards a half to quarter turn every few seconds.

Any ideas?

Re: Extruder issues

I figured out the issue. My PINDA probe holder has drooped due to heat. When I received my printer kit I found that the PINDA probe holder had been misprinted (it looks to have been "squished") and the probe didn't fit properly. I printed a replacement and was back in business. Unfortunately I printed the replacement in PLA which is likely why it failed. I've not yet been able to get a replacement printed as my calibration is changing rapidly. Anyone know a cheap place to get 3d prints done at so I can get a replacement?

Try emailing support at [email protected]. They have been very helpful. If the part was a defect they might just send you another one.
