Extruder gear cutting into Colorfabb Bronzefill

I'm using Colorfabb's Bronzefill and things are not going well. So far I've just tried to print little Marvin keychains and I've yet to get one to finish. I think the main problem is that the extruder gear keeps digging into the filament.

I've tried printing at everywhere from 30mm/s to 60mm/s, from 200C to 220C, and from .96 to 1.04 on the extrusion multiplier. Currently using a .25 nozzle at .08mm layer height, although I've used a .40 at .2mm layer height and had the same result. I've cleaned out the extruder gear with a small drill bit and was able to fish out some filament, but nothing major.

I've had the extruder gear cut into filament before, but never to this degree. I've tried tightening the two extruder bolts really tight and loosening them to have barely any tension on the line. It sliced into it or didn't move the filament at all, respectively.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it? Thanks!

Currently using a .25 nozzle

Well that looks like the cause of your problem to me.

Filaments containing particles will cause blockages because of the particle size. And it's best to use a hardened/SS nozzle with abrasive filaments.
