Extreme Bed Adhesion Issues
Hey all,
I recently bought one of the fully built i3's and I am having some trouble getting anything to print successfully.
When I unboxed the printer it had the test print with the Prusa logo and perimeter on the bed which was nice. However everything I print comes off the bed after a short time. Originally I was just printing directly onto the bare bed and using the recommended heat settings for PLA (60-65 degrees on the first layer and 55-60 after) as well as using the included PLA in the box.
I have cleaned the bed with Isopropyl Alcohol and even used Dimethyl Ether spray on the bed to increase adhesion. When that didn't work I also used the included glue stick. Nothing has worked.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Re: Extreme Bed Adhesion Issues
first thing that you need to get right (even at a pre-assembled i3 MK2) is the first layer adjustment.
have a look at this thread.

Re: Extreme Bed Adhesion Issues
Thanks. Did some adjustments and seems to be promising. I will post my results when this next print finishes.
