Do orders usually take this long?
I ordered a PEI sheet from Prusa on the 8th August. it is now 7 days since I made that order and the item hasn't even shipped yet.
The reason I ordered one from Prusa, and not from eBay, was because I believed ordering it from the source would ensure that a) The product was genuine and b) the order would be processed quickly. To not even have a single PEI sheet leave the Prusa shop 7 days after making the order is ridiculous.
Has anybody else experienced this poor service?
