Carriage can't reach x endstop, can't move x endstop further
Hello
I'm having quite an issue with my x endstop. Nothing even seems to interfering when I inspect the wires and such when manually trying to move the carriage to the endstop: it gets stuck just a few millimeters before it hits and I can't figure out what's causing it.
Also, I'm getting thermal runaway errors whenever I do manage to get a print started.
Can anyone give me some pointers? I don't see any way to fix it other than adding a spacer on the carriage, but that would mess up the calibration points. It really sucks not being able to print, especially when I had gotten my hopes up after a lot of very positive reviews.

Do you have excess timing belt hitting the pulley? If you don't trim it after tightening (don't need to cut it completely flush - just enough) then that can cause issues.
As far as the thermal runaway goes, you could perhaps have a problem with the wiring. Make extra sure none of the wiring for the heat block or the thermistor is damage or loose, and make sure they are fully seated. If you're still having problems with it after that, I would consider contacting PR support.

Magnus,
When I upgraded my thermistor to the new cartridge version I experienced the same two malfunctions.
1. As Omikron suggested check your wiring for your thermistor. Chances are it's broken or not connected correctly.
2. Checking your wiring behind the x-carriage. The wires have to be tied tightly together for the x-carriage to hit the x-endstop. Also make sure the tie wires are going through the x-carriage holes in the back. The holes are there to keep the wires away from hitting the frame.
Hope this helps,
