Calibration Errors solved.
Well, i received my kit this monday, assembled it. Measured everything twice. I had a couple snags with a few badly printed parts but support solved it. Well yesterday i kept trying the XYZ cal, kept failing. Got in contact with tech support, we went though al the steps i had done twice. Finally he suggested, factory reset, load the newest firmware again, then factory reset. To my surprise this did it. All my adjustments were dead on. Hello! Are you saying that a simple Reset-New Firmware-Reset (assuming nothing else was changed) made your XYZ calibration test go from a FAILED status to a CONGRATULATIONS status?!?

That is correct. i built the kit to exact dimensions and it kept failing. Tech support wanted me to do all these measurements again and again. i own a cnc as well so i have presicion instruments to measure. Finally we did the procedure and after that it passed and has been printing great. I have about 100 hrs of print time now and no issues.
