Bubble Less Print Surface At ABS Temp?

While getting my printer tuned in I got the dreaded nozzle dig into the PEI surface. I lived with it for a while and then a bubble appeared on the center bed bolt head and would not go away. I tried putting some kapton sheets( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OU34PCM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) over the PEI and this worked great at PLA temp (60) but when heating to ABS temp (110) I would get bubbles everywhere. I finally ordered some new PEI sheets( http://catalog.cshyde.com/item/3d-printing-materials/ultem-pei/36-3a-3d-8-82x10 ). removed the old PEI sheet, Cleaned the adhesive throughly, and applied the new PEI sheet. It went down perfect with no bubbles. Heated it to 110 and then bubbles everywhere again. Does anyone have any hints at applying new print surfaces and having them stick well at ABS temp. I never had this problem on my other printers with metal beds. grrrrr 😈 !

I'm having this same issue. Were you ever able to solve it?

Yeah I ended up buying this - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KGDTNQ2/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=26209DUQAANMT&coliid=I2QNT1EVEY4PU4 - Its a PEI sheet that is .8mm thick. Had to adjust the pinda placement a little but its working great!

I have to wonder if this is the glue. The sticker backing on my was 3m 467, instead of 468.

On my third sheet, I heated the print bed and I was able to it better. There are a few bubbles still but it is much better. Since that was the last sheet I had I went ahead and ran a print. It almost seemed to push the glue around under the sheet. The bottom layer came out OK.
