Bent X rails, bed not leveling
I have received and assembled the printer kit that I have received about two weeks ago, but I have encountered a problem with the x rails bending downwards and giving me layer shifts as well as problems with the crash noise when it tries to auto-level at the beginning of a print.
I am using the 7x7 grid instead of the default grid of 3x3 but when I change the grid back to the 3x3, it still encounters the same problem.
The nozzle is not rubbing on the bed, and my build surface is not warped.

Contact Prusa support using the store CHAT button. They will help you figure out what is wrong with the printer.
I say this because your problem description defies logic and defies what the printer can do: e.g., the printer has no way of bending the X axis rods downward. Where's the force coming from to do that??
And, assembly problems usually cause shifts, so something is too tight: or bearings weren't lubricated before assembly, etc.
And - without photos to show what the issues are - well - everything will be a total guess.
ps: grinding noises are normal during a HOME operation. So how long it grinds, where it grinds, all are pertinent to the diagnosis.
RE: Bent X rails, bed not leveling
Like Tim said - it is not possible to bend the frame members, and there is no force on the rails to make them bend.
Does your printer pass self test?
If you calibrated Z after that, post a picture of the result. Preferably use a calibration circle; not the built-in one.
And don't just hop in and try printing multi-layer objects before you have the basics down. You will just frustrate yourself.
