ABS coming out of extruder when not doing anything
So I set the nozzle temperature to what you suggested 255c. But it seems to be too hot I think because abs is coming out slowly from the nozzle even if its not extruding.
If I bring the temperature down nothing changes until it cant extrude anymore at around 200 and the extruder motor just "clicks" and not moving ant filament in.
can it be some other problem that's not related to the temperature?
Re: ABS coming out of extruder when not doing anything
I think this is normal behavior. ABS expands when is heated.

But it makes strings when printing, IMO it should stay there when not extruding and only come out when extruding, no?

Strings like this? https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#stringing-or-oozing
Can you post a picture?
Re: ABS coming out of extruder when not doing anything
My printer does this as well. It's mostly a problem during the first layer, since not all of the ooze will come off on the test pass, and some of it will get stuck to the underside of the extruder and break off later. You can break them off by hand as it oozes out. It also might help to fire up the extruder after the bed is up to temperature. This way the extruder spends less time hot before printing. I know this is what it normally does, but if you preheat from the LCD screen, it fires up both at once.
I also found that I've got "boogers" that build up on the start point of each layer.
Re: ABS coming out of extruder when not doing anything
Just wanted to update.
apparently what I did wrong was the slic3r settings.
I used the default slic3r's settings and did know that Prusa had drivers that come with slic3r with preset settings for each material.
I took the STL and exported Gcode from Prusa's settings and the result was perfect 🙂

Great to hear that! Please post some pics!
💡 when you have the nozzle heated and not doing anything, material will slowly push out. I think it is by thermal expansion, the material gets heated upwards in the barrel and that causes increasing volume and ultimately material coming out of the nozzle. It is perfectly normal 🙂
