Your first layer settings?
I struggled a lot against first layer adhesion issues and i then focused first on materials, spray,.. It was not the good way but i started from zero.
Then i followed what people from the community shared with "mesh levelling at low temperature", live adjust z of jeffjordan, the hyperfine bed levelling. And that changed my maker life.
But i still want more foregiveness settings for some materials and some small base object. My nozzle is still the standard 0.4.
Very early i set the first layer height to 0.2. But now i question that. I'm tempted to go with a thicker and wider first layer but still with a close to x2 ratio. Then 0.25 x 0.5, 0.3 x 0.6, 0.25 x 0.6,...
I've read slic3r and simplify3d advise thicker first layer. Few advise thinner.
What do you think?
