Very useful print removal tool

I recently printed this little razor blade holder:

I'm amazed how well this works to remove prints from the build plate. No more brute force.

yup razor blades are actually the best tool for removal, i prefer to use them with out the holder so i can get the blade flatter with the bed surface to avoid PEI damage. what i do is just get the blade started so the part starts to pop from the bed then use the blade as a guide for my wall plaster spackle joint knife. getting the joint knife under the part gives me a larger area of broad pressure so i do not warp a part trying to remove it.
even better is buttering the bed with abs juice or glue and then using IPA, water, or compressed air to pop the part right off the bed without pushing a blade over the PEI surface.

Hi, you won't damage the sheet with the holder. You push the blade with the holder flat on the sheet aside the print, so the blade is in parallel with sheet when moving towards the print. I tried it without the holder first and every second print had a cut - now neither print nor sheet are cut.
