Vacuum printing of a curved part
I can not correctly print the curved parts: the support material is not generated over the entire height and the result is bad because printing is done in a vacuum. Is my Slic3r setting bad?

The printer should be able to easily accomplish 45deg sloped walls, so the only issue is early in that curve (where Support material was added.
It seems that slope is a very thin wall (one layer). This makes for fragile printing. Try two walls.

In fact, there is no problem at the beginning of the slope: printing is perfect there. The problem begins when the support material stops but I can not make it higher in Slic3R

Try other slicong software. Like simplify 3d (expensive) or cura for better support generation.

simplify 3d is really too expensive, and It would seem that there are serious incompatibilities between cura and prusa i3 mk2 (example: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/cura-print-settings-t999-s90.html ). I do not want to take the risk of destroying my bed ...

That's what i've done, but even with 90°, the support material stops before the top of the curve and the print result arround the curve is really bad quality...

Can you share a photo of the PRINT, not the slicer settings?
Do you have your cooling fan turned on?
