Unlimbited finger Gcode cuts model in half
Hello!
I am trying to get started printing unlimbited prosthesis for donation, but one issue im having is the thumb part of the finger STL is fine during editing, but once I edit the G-code, it cuts it in half and floats the other end on top... I printed with supports thinking I could glue it down, but it seems a whole section has been cut out, and the piece does not fit wholly.
Any suggestions?

EDIT: have tried both prusa slic3r, and prusacontrol, both of them cut the thumb in half

I do, but they're at home, I can upload when I get off work, and include screenshots of what it looks like after G-code is generated in my original post, I'm sorry 🙁

here are the images, as you can see, the thumb just kind of is absent, where the others keep building, during the print, this area is absent, atleast when i used supports, resulting in missing product.

sans box,all three variants of the unlimbited or phoenix unlimbited hand give me finger STLs that clip, and I am not sure of how to fix it unless I edit the original like a coworker suggested.

You need to zip an STL. Before posting.

Usually the model is not quite correct and it needs to be fixed. You may use the netfabb, the netfabb web service or the model fixing function of the Windows 10 3D Builder to fix the model.
