Top, bottom and borders in honeycomb

Hi everyone,

I need to print things to support some light stuff: it doesn't have to be solid or pretty (just to have a particular shape). What is the lightest / fastest print setup possible?

I mean I tried different options, but 80% of my prints' time / material is consumed making clean bottoms / tops / edges (e.g. 1h making 3 perfect fully filled first layers, what is a huge waste in my particular context): is there some way to say "ok, just honeycomb everything"? How would you proceed?

Thanks :)!

Kevin

Thank you gert, it was pretty simple and it seems to work like a charm. Someday I'll understand half slic3r parameters, someday 🙂
