Re: Support Problem

It seems like there is no adhesion with the support,
from the fisrt layer I would say _underextrusion_ (or wrong first layer height),
maybe also excessive cooling fan on the first layer over the support?

Re: Support Problem

I would suggest:

Contact Z Distance 0.2 (detachable)
With Sheath Around YES
Don't Support Bridges NO <- I think Slic3r thinks this is a bridge and does not need supports.
XY separation (90%)

Reasoning:
You want to remove the supports.
You want the supports to stick
You want to make sure it puts supports in (CHECK THE PREVIEW)
You want enough separation from the part that you can get the supports out.
