Support doesn't stick to surface

So far I keep failing at the red lid 80%.
Everything else I printed turned out darn fine. (printed the Marvin right after a failed top lid)
As far as I can tell the issue seems to be with the support parts and them not sticking to any surface.
Even when I printed a brim it peels off as you can see in the pictures.
I tried with Slic3r and simplify3d so far.
Any help is really appreciated.

This is really driving me nuts.
I cleaned the surface with IPA 90%, cleaned the nozzle, calibrated the Z axis printed something else (Dino head from the SD Card which worked extremely well)
but this stuff just won't stick to the bed.
I tried at 60% speed, 80% and 100%
Bed was set to 55° and 60° no real difference. Has anybody an idea what might be wrong here?
