Spiral Vase mode not working properly
This is the result I get when I turn spiral vase mode on, why is it depositing extra filament in weird places?!

Try to uncheck Print Settings > Quality > Ensure Vertical shell thickness

Spiral Vase mode only works with a single wall thickness. Looking at your object, it looks to be thicker than a single wall.
