Slic3r / Print sequentiel preview is wrong

Hi there,

can also some confirm that the preview for a sequentiel printig job in Slic3r is wrong !?
The models are all on the same layer hight in the preview and not one after one.

Here is the activated option in Slic3r:

WRONG - Preview in Slic3r:
Both cubes are at the same layer hight - but that´s not the fact in the gcode.

CORRECT preview in Simplify 3D as it should be with the sliced gcode from Slic3r:
Here it is clear to see that it prints one cube after one.

I did reslice (Slice now) many time - but nothing changed in the Preview. So i´m alone with the behaviour or is it a bug ?
Only the preview is wrong, the gcode itself prints fine one after one.

Windows 10 x64
Slic3r 1.37.1-prusa-3d-win64

Thanks!

This sounds like a bug. Would you please post your findings into the Slic3r issue tracker? Thanks.

Re: Slic3r / Print sequentiel preview is wrong

I see now. There is a misunderstanding. The print path preview in Slic3r does not show the G-code, but some intermediate data, where the path ordering, tool ordering for multi material prints, speeds and accelerations are not known yet. We plan to do a proper print path preview. As our Slic3r team has grown recently, this may be one of the first tasks to be implemented by one of our new Slic3r team members.
