Settings for E3d Edge Filament
Hello,
I am trying out this filament for the first time. Before I do anything stupid I would like to know if anyone here tried this filament before? I am currently using Slic3r and Simplify3d.
Please share your experience printing with this filament. It looks so promising and I would love to make this work. Maybe even considering to just switch to this filament entirely in the future.
Fyi, I am using mk2 version of the printer and already updated to the latest firmware. If this goes well, I am considering the multi-extrusion upgrade!

I use (nearly) the same settings as the prusa PLA, depending on the model I change some settings. Came out nearly identical as prusa PLA.

I tried it with ABS Settings, 80c bed, 240c hotend. It sticks very strongly to the PEI bed even though I had my Z offset up a bit. only realized I forgot to turn on the print fan halfway but other than that I consider this easier to print than ABS, no warping. Hve to give it another try.
WHen you say nearly the same settings as the prusa PLA, which setting did you adjust depending on the model ?

Temperature infill and speed most of the times.
