Setting the Print Origin for Original Prusa i3 Kit

I was wondering if there is any way to set the print origin on the Original Prusa i3? Can this be done using Slic3r or does the print have to be orientated on the 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor. I have no issues printing smaller objects, but considering the origin is more orientated towards the back of the glass bed it is impossible to print larger objects. Please someone let me know!

The origin of both Mk1 andf Mk2 (ie Home or 0,0) is at the front left of the bed, as determined by the mechanical end stops.

If your origin is in a different position then you have made an error in the build or the slicer settings.

Usually it is the slicer which determines where the print is positioned on the bed.

The problem is that I can't change the origin settings in the specific Slic3r program that was provided on the website. Is there an updated version of the Slic3r program for the original Prusa i3?
