Second layer failed during print of MK3S-extruder-parts in PETG

Dear Prusa-friends.

I have bought a MK3S-kit to my MK3-printer. I tried to print the parts to the extruder: The first layer seems fine. (To the right in the picture).
The second layer went bad. (To the left in the picture). It doesn`t seem the second layer sticks properly to the first layer and the nozzel drags it around in the printing-area. This will make the third layer even worse and the parts will be ruined.

I use The Olson Ruby and it`s almost new. My first layer-calibration seems ok due to the good result on the first layer. The bed-temperature is 80`c for the first layer and 90`c for the second. Nozzeltemp is 240`c.

I`ve used Prusa`s standard G-codes that I`ve downloaded from your webpage and settings in Slic3r set to PET, but it fails time after time.

Why do you think it fails? Should I increase the temperature on the bed? Is the speed to hight on the second layer? (It seems quite fast).

Any suggestions that would lead to me getting the parts printed are greatly appreciated.
