Problem: Small filament balls on top of first layer with primaSELECT PETG

Hello,

I'm having very bad time tryng to print PETG, primaSELECT PETG Solid Silver.
I have tried thier temperatures, among with lower settings, prusa settings, increase extruding rate to 1.11 based on my calcs, change retraction but nothing helped, problems at any settings i try!
Also some of that balls can be removed just by touching and wipe
Print well with Prusa PETG and Moebyus PETG without any problem but this primaselect is a pain.
Also create a lot of strings.
I'm using latest Slic3r Prusa Edition with MK2S stock

Anyone know the cause or had this filament brand?

your z is too low / close to the bed ,Raise your nozzle a little, your previous laid filament is getting in the way of the new line and its scraping the bump off and rolling it as it passes, may even be OVER extruding, im pretty sure the support lattice bottom layers aren't supposed to touch each other as a guide

Currently at -0.300, tried 0.350, 0.275. Will test with 0.250 and 0.200.
Strange fact is that work with other filaments as i said

Lower Z to -0.200 Fixed that problems, almost perfect layer. Stange fact is other fillaments works well. Is possible have diferent Z for different filaments?
Right now is printing, lets see if it fix the string problem too.
Thank you for your help

Just to clarify .... you raised your nozzle from -200 from -300.. A higher negative number is closer to the bed.. (took me a while to get it too...

Indeed different filaments may have different z adjustments some just need a bit more squish to get them to stick .

As for stringing try backing off your extrusion multiplier by 0.2 ish ... or increase cooling. See if that helps

It was -0.300 and i solved with -0.200
Bottom layer come all good, no imperfection
With this setting i got a bit less of strings, still not that less.
Also surface is not clean as other filaments, a tiny dot of filament is left on top layer but that can be easly cleaned, no more than 20 dots.
And last it left some scars on model

Seens this PETG melt at lower temps, i'm using the max recommened 230-235 but it works at 190. Can this be a problem in terms of resistance?

Scars

Scraths

Ok after many tests i found the problems.
