Pillowing on 0.05mm DETAIL profile

I printed a very small object (a coin about 2.5mm thick) using the 0.05mm DETAIL print profile. I got what looks like "pillowing" according to this site: https://ultimaker.com/en/resources/19503-pillowing

I would take a picture but I don't have it with me. Anyway, I was watching it print, and I noticed when the first solid top layer tried to bridge over the 15% infill grid, the plastic looked like it was not coming out or disappearing. Then when the remaining top layers printed over it, the plastic had holes. Slowing it down seemed to help, but by then the damage was done.

I noticed in the Slic3r settings, the "Bridge flow ratio" setting seems very low compared to the other profiles. I take it this means on bridging, it will only print 10% of the normal material. Doesn't that seem too low?

I'm just wondering if this is the reason another 0.05mm print came out worse than my 0.2mm print of the same object.

Looks very much as though you have chosen the 0.25mm nozzle profile and not the 0.4mm

Default extrusion width should be at least the nozzle diameter.

Hmm, I'll have to check. I may have just selected the wrong profile when I checked the settings later, because the print was coming out fine until it got to that point. I would think selecting the wrong nozzle width would make it much worse!

I just double-checked, and I had the correct profile. So it sounds like you are telling me that the profile settings are all wrong! I was wondering why it had threads at only 1...it is the only profile like that. I'm fairly sure I didn't change those settings, so they either came that way or got corrupted somehow.

The two pages that seem like they might be wrong are Print Settings>Speed and Print Settings>Advanced. I'm going to try changing those settings to something that is more in line with the other profiles, but if anyone already has the correct Slic3r settings please let me know.

This and also other settings will be fixed in the 1.7.5 drivers release.
