PETG bumps on start points

Im trying to get rid of some bumps that happen at start points of the layers. Im basically using Slic3r preset for PETG but slight tweaked. Start i have no fan Bet temp at 90, nozzel temp at 240 for the first three layers, then ben temp 90 and nozzle at 245 with fan at 30% -50% for all other layers, i bumped up my extrustion to 1.002 and my over lap at 1. So far with these setting i get little to no stringing and im using eSun PETG Solid Black.

Re: PETG bumps on start points

Usually, bumps like this can be counteracted with different retraction settings, maybe read this paragraph here: https://www.simplify3d.com/support/print-quality-troubleshooting/#blobs-and-zits

This is actually written for a different slicer, but the tips mentioned there will work for Slic3r as well once you figured out what dial to turn in Slic3r to achieve the same effect. Or maybe somebody has an optimized Slic3r profile for eSun PETG.

Didn't you set the seam to "Random" in Slic3r?

It is set to random, i was just hoping to minimize the bumps on the start points. If i set it to alined, thats just what i get A-line from top to bottom. As far as that i think its just more noticeable on this filament, its on the glossy side.
