Original Prusa Slic3r setting for .05 mm PLA print did not work well

Hey guys,
I try to test print a 50 microns maker coin with the my MK2. However, I did not get a good result with the Prusa default Slic3r setting. I printed on PLA and the very top layer was not seal completely as you can see on the picture. From left to right, 50 microns, 100 microns, and 200 microns. Do you guys have the same problem, what slicer are you guys using? What is your setting? Do you guys be able to print 50 microns with decent quality? Thanks.

Here's the thread where I pointed out odd settings in the .05mm profile: http://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/print-tips-slic3r-settings-kisslicer-model-repair--f12/pillowing-on-0-05mm-detail-profile-t1640.html

See if you have the same settings as I did. I compared the same settings in the .10mm and .20mm profiles, and found that the .05mm ones were completely out of line with the others. I updated as follows, and it seems to be printing much better, though I haven't done many prints with it:

If you try it, please let us know how it goes!

Another question will be what is your first layer height? Did you change it to .15 mm as well?

Stephen

First layer height must be at between 0.15mm and 0.3mm (with the 0.4mm nozzle). Personally I prefer 0.2mm.
