Original MK3 Slic3r Retract Settings
Hello,
I have problems printing multiple, smaller objects with .1 layer height with clogged hotends (upper tube). I found an article/info at E3D about the retract settings for the E3D V6 hotend.
Bowden configurations are more tricky as the amount of retraction needed is dependent on factors such as the length of tubing and the stiffness of the filament has more impact on the needed retraction. A good starting place is around the 2mm mark, which you can increase if required.

The slic3r settings shipped in the drivers package are set to 0.8 (or lift z to 0.6)
Is this correct?
Re: Original MK3 Slic3r Retract Settings
The MK3 does not use a Bowden.
Check to make sure you are on the latest firmware. There was a patch about a month or so which fixed problems related to underextrusion and thin layers.

Me stupid. I was such in a hurry ...
Yeah. Got the newest firmware. Read too much about the MMU2 upgrade that I mix them up here. And the new MMU2 is not even a "real" bowden anymore. Sorry. My bad.
