RE: layers not sticking
Hi Stellr
It looks like you have a couple of issues...
your model seems solid, at the break point...
was there an obvious defect at the breakpoint before it broke?
this could be a poor inter layer bonding problem which is usually a temperature issue, or it could be under extrusion, which could have a number of possible causes.
Is the rest of the model well bonded or do any of the layers break apart easily?
I once used PETG at PLA temperatures, by accident... and whilst this will normally fail due to lack of temperature, the particular filament must have been able to melt at lower temperatures than normal for PETG< but the layers were not hot enough to bond together.
have you tried a temperature tower, these normally start off hotter than expected, and transition through the expected good range, eventually going colder than expected.
these can help you ascertain what your best range isfor extrusion,
after completion, try breaking the layer bonds by flexing the model, and you should be able to confirm good temperatures. for layer bonding too

RE: layers not sticking
Can you save the slicer setup as a 3mf file (Project) then zip the 3mf file and post the zip here.

@joantabb
Not a slicer/model issue, as I've been using this for many months with good results. I have good prints on three other printers, also.
Unfortunately, I have two changes in play that are suspect, an environmental change (suspect temperature), had to move work to home for the pandemic, and the hot-end had to be rebuilt (suspect under-extruding). So, both of the things you mentioned will have to be studied, temperature and under-extruding. The room (my basement) is at 64F, 17-18C, which certainly is colder than my previous lab.
How to best measure under-extruding?
I'll look into temp tower study as well. Thank you for suggestions. Stay well!
