Layer shift and a micro bridge?

So this print kind of sucked..
Issue 1 - mini bridge
The hole for the vent clip had a layer that spanned a good distance with out anything below it. When I went back to the slic3er and checked add support structures, it didn't create a bridge or anything below this overhang to help it. Advice?
Issue 2 - wtf line
Got a nice little wtf line at the end of the print, but only on the left side. Looks like something shifted, or perhaps the left Z motor was being lazy? Advice?
I did take a time elapsed video of the print but octoPrint had a little trouble saving it? Another issue for another time.

Issue #1 reduce the overhang threshold
issue #2 no idea, maybe the object is too tall and thin and it bent at the end? maybe you have to build some support material manually
