layer one issue ?

Hi !

I think, I've some problems with my layer one settigns. I use slic3r prusa edition and default profile for Prusa PLA with 0,10mm detail, silver PLA provided by Prusa.

This is maybe no underextrusion. If I increase the filament, I get an "elephant foot" print. This also only affects the infill of my objects. Perimeters looks good. Object bending to bed is very good.

Any tips, comments, tricks, ... ?

Thomas

Hi Knickohr,

does this happen everytime in the same place?
or is it a one off?
do similar artifacts occur at different places on other prints?

regards Joan

It happens more ore less by every object. It also doesn't matter if I print with 0.1 or 0.2mm. This is the beginning of the inline fill. It looks like the extruder didn't spend enough filament at starting the infill.

nozzle is too low ?

Upps, where is the last post from stephan.k ???
Really ? My first idea was that the nozzle is too hight 😮

OK, I did an complete new calibration last night. Will try to print some parts during the day and check again. Please hold the line ...

I think, I have another issue with the x-axis idler/roller of the belt on the right side. The belt ist wobbling if the direction changes. Will try to post this later with an short video in another thread.

I'm really (positive) surprised with this printer. I'm only bitching on a high level 😀 Will get my printer perfect.
