How to extrude/print "into thin air"?

I am looking at cleaning my nozzle by using the Floss cleaning filament from

https://rigid.ink/collections/specialist-filaments/products/floss-superior-cleaning-filament

In product's description is written:

It couldn't be simpler. Load the filament just like any other into your 3D printer, and extrude (don't print with it onto your bed, it won't stick!) into thin air. You'll often see the built up carbon and material deposits from inside your extruder being pulled out with the Floss™

^^How to do this?

Just print a 'fake' tall object with a small base?

You can move Z up.
Heat the the nozzle (Either Preheat Menu or Settings/Temperature/Nozzel)
And the in Settings menu/Move Axis select Extruder and extrude 🙂
