How can I have some parts in a print 100% filled but other parts 20% filled?

Hi,

what do you think would be a best practice in this example case:

lets say we have a single box with a whole in the middle for a screw.
I want to make sure that there is a lot of material around the whole in the middle but not so much material everywhere else

as example here:
RED would be 100% infill
BLUE would be 10% infill

the reason for this is to have a whole for a screw very strong.
