Gaps in a sloping/angled wall

I'm having a bit of a problem with a sloping side on one of my models. First, some info:
- Prusa Mk2S
- Simplify3D 4.0
- 0,25mm layer height, 0,42mm extrusion width
- 0 top and bottom layers, 1 perimeter
- no supports or infill

Here's what I'm trying to print:

The issue that I'm experiencing is that there are gaps on one of the walls. This can be seen in the print preview already. The top right part is especially noticeable, but the entire slope on the left side is the same as well.

And a close-up:

After printing, it looks like this:

At first I thought this is just a slicing issue and the gaps are there because it only slices the model at certain height. However, the underside of the left part is perfectly fine and the angle is about the same. It seems like it does the entire slice ok, but then makes a bridge on the upper part. Adding more top layers kinda solves this issue, but I want to avoid that due to weight concerns (RC airplane and trying to keep weight to absolute minimum).

Is this something that can be minimized by changing certain settings?
