First layer calibration problems

Hi,

I am having quite a bit of trouble with my first layers, the z offset likes to change around every couple of prints and is really affecting my work. I hope you can see in the image that the line is squashed in one direction but not the other, this is the V2 calibration .gcode. Aside from that when i finally find the correct offset, it "changes" after a print or two always making it squish into the board.

Another problem I seem to have is my outlines don't merge with each other towards the rear left hand side of the board. So they are always visible as two separate lines. I have tried changing the individual offsets on my S3D script and on the printer itself... with no joy.

Help anyone? Please! 🙂

Thanks

Josh
