Cura and Slic3r Bottom and Top layers

For anyone who is familiar with Cura and Slic3r, I have a question regarding Bottom and Top layers I'm hoping someone can assist with.
I want to start mainly using Cura to print dungeon tiles, as I am getting smoother prints compared to using Slic3r. However I've noticed that the floor part of the tile is higher/thicker when printed in Slic3r, and thinner when printed in Cura. I have a lot of tiles printed already using Slic3r, so i'm trying to get Cura to print the floor at the same height, and I'm assuming this has to do with the Bottom Layers and Thickness.
In Cura, it shows Top/Bottom Thickness 0.8mm (top layers 8 , bottom layers 8)
In Slic3r, under Layers and Perimiters, I have Horizontal Shells - Solid Layers Top 6 , Bottom 4
Now since Cura is printing the floor thinner, and has a bottom layer of 8 (while 4 is in Slic3r), i'm assuming I need to match the Thickness to what Slic3r has? I am unsure how to locate this in Slic3r though, so I can match the settings.
I added some screenshots for reference.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that Cura and Slic3r work differently.
I believe cura specifies the bottom and top layer thickness say 0.8mm
if the layer height is 0.2mm, then that would be 4 layers,
if the layer height were 0.1mm then that would be approaching 8 layers, however the Prusa i3 has a minimum first layer height of 0.2mm, so I guess cura would end up with 7 layers...
Slic3r on the other hand uses number of layers to specify the bottom and top layer thickness.
so 7 layers on slic3r with a nominal 0.1mm layer height, would be about 0.8mm (allowing for a first layer thickness of 0.2mm)
so 7 layers on slic3r with a nominal 0.2mm layer height, would be about 1.4mm (allowing for a first layer thickness of 0.2mm)
so 4 layers on slic3r with a nominal 0.2mm layer height, would be about 0.8mm (allowing for a first layer thickness of 0.2mm)
however if your model floor is 1.6mm or thinner, then with a top and bottom thickness of 0.8mm (4x0.2 in Slic3r) there would be no infill layers because the thickness could be made up of top and bottom layers.
if the thickness were 1.3mm total and the layer height were 0.1mm I expect either slicer would make the section using all bottom of layers and a reduced number of top layers

Thanks so much for the response! The prints are now at the same height between both Cura and Slic3r.
