Colorprint Color Change Spews additional after color clear

During the color change and new color filament loading, this works fine and leaves a long string as the fan blows it backwards as it extrudes, and it usually falls off and blows away, but then the printer prompts if the color is clear. If you accept YES, then for some reason, it will then squirt out another small pile of plastic (seems to be thicker so it doesn't blow backwards but instead balls up) and then moves to start printing again. The problem is that small pile of plastic gets stuck to the extruder and smears all over the place and randomly deposits parts of itself throughout the print. I always have to scramble and try to pull it out before it gets tot he printed object and starts printing again.

Is there a reason for a secondary, in air extrusion after you respond YES to color clear? Is that some setting that can be turned off?

Noted the same.
Instead of extruding some more after the 'YES' it should in fact do a little retract to prevent a blob from forming,
I logged an issue against the firmware: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/issues/197
As it seems it does an extrude in their.

That said, it seems the location of the M600 command generated by the ColorPrint website is wrong as well.
It is inserted right before the extruder command. It should be before the Z<X - layer to change color>?

G1 Z1.700 F7200.000
M600 <<< inserted by ColorPrint (only change done).
G1 E0.80000 F2100.00000

Additionally, I noticed that when the printer resumes with the new layer, it first dips the hotend against the print, leaving a big dot of filament..
Not sure how to fix that?
