Cant print anything but what came on sd card
Need some help
I am using cura version 2.5 to slice I am using abs to print. The problem is the extruder wont lay any filament down when printing but if i print off the sd card that came with the printer it prints perfect so i must be doing something wrong. Anything i try to print does the same thing unless its the gcodes that came with it. I came from a davinci 1.0 which just printed stls so i am new to the gcode thing. I am using octiprint now to upload files to sd. DO you guys have any settings in cura or slicr i should be using thanks.

you are probably making the first layer too thin. it needs to be about 0.2mm or more.
even if the layer height is 0.05mm...

try to use the Slic3r PE with stock settings to see if it makes a differance.
