Bad result importing stl in Prusa3d Slie3r

Hi,

I'm still in learning mode on how to use my Prusa 3D printer ....
the easier way is to print from an existing stl file ...
I found on thingiverse a Milenium battleship ...

Then .. start PRUSA 3D slic3r ... add stl file
but my bad surprise is that I have a lot of manifold error and hole in the object.
Seems that there is no problem with CURA.

Then who can help me to understand how to have a good result. Perhaps some parameters ....

Thanks in advance.

Probably need to run the STL through a fixer such as makeprintable.com or netfabb.
