Anybody making functional parts with 2mm Nozzle?

I came across this video which shows prints using a 2mm nozzle:

TLDR on using 2mm nozzle:
-Prints fast
-Waterproof objects
-Need to do some slicer optimization to make it work

This would fit my use case to make hydroponic parts.

You would need to convert everything to use 3mm filament. New hotend, printed parts, etc.

How do you figure parts printed would be waterproof?

With the existing V6 hotend, you can only melt about 10mm^3 per second (4 to 5 mm of 1.75mm filament). The existing extruder and 1.75mm filament would work with that, but print speeds would be rather slow.

You could upgrade to the volcano hot end and you would then be able to increase the speed, but you would then be looking at the 3mm filament.
