Adventages/Disadvantages with different Filament
Hi,
maybe we can collect some good and bad things about different types of filament.
At the moment I consider to create a personal filament collection from different types, colors and brands of filament.
But often I'm not sure which brand I should buy.
For sure it would be helpful for everyone here to share the good an bad things about different filaments.
Unfortunately I can't help so much because I'm still waiting for my first printer (Mk 3) but I thought about a structure like this:
Material: PLA
Color: silver
Brand: Prusa
Vendor: Prusa-Shop
Price per weight/spool: 20,99€ per kg
Quality: good, or more precise explanations
Print settings: what settings are used in which slicer?
Print quality: something about the results
General facts: if you want to say more about the filament
Conclusion: is it worth to purchase (why/why not)
I hope you like the idea and maybe we can set up a comparison of many different types, brands and sources of filaments. This would help everyone, I think.
