Z axis sticking
just assembled my new i3 mk3 and it can't get through the calibration process. the Z axis' are grinding or sticking and get a Z axis error msg.
could i run a software update to fix?

Check and make sure the plastic covers that screw down over the motors are not too tight and causing binding.

If you hear a mechanical noise, most likely there is a mechanical issue. Try to find and solve it!

Check if the spool holder is on the right side. It should be mounted on the back of the frame, otherwise it will collide with the X device during the calibration.
