Okay, that explains the video.
When the nozzle dives down in the bed, it is almost always because the PINDA sensor is sitting too high.
Have you really tried to adjust the height?

Release the screw to the PINDA bracket and turn down the PINDA sensor for half a turn (clockwise), which will usually help.
Then run the XYZ calibration again.

I tried all of it, support basically came to the conclusion that #1, my pinda was faulty, #2 my wiring wasn't done correctly (I had a smashed filament sensor too), and finally my bed leveling had strange bugs.

I will be sending back and getting a replacement, and while i have much to learn, at least I have comfort knowing it wasn't ALL my fault.
