Z-Axis Calibration Failure
In my latest, post ( https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3-f30/z-axis-failing-to-rise-with-mk3-build-kit-t13446.html ) I had an issue with the z-axis not being able to move at all. With some help I was able to get it threaded and lubricated and it all seems to work now, however I'm still failing Z-axis calibration. It goes up all the way to the top as expected (to level out both sides) and then proceeds to go all the way to the bottom. At the bottom however it just stop and says calibration failed. I've tried adjusting the height of the probe, but the home isn't actually really over the build plate (it's over the cutout corner). Is it failing the calibration because of my probe height still? Was anyone able to get past this with the previous firmware?
Re: Z-Axis Calibration Failure
I had this problem when I was doing Z Calibration, kept thinking it was my probe and readjusting it. I did the calibration wizard and it worked. If you are just calibrating just Z axis, trying doing calibration wizard.

Unfortunately it's both the Calibrate Z and calibration wizard. Did you notice that the nozzle went down in a different location with the wizard? It sounds like we had some similar issues

No sorry I don't recall. Trying to remember everything I did to troubleshoot it...I do recall repositioning the Pinda Probe, updating my firmware, checking that the printer was in Normal not Stealth, verifying the Pinda Probe connection on the Controller and reseating the connector, running Calibration Wizard to success followed by Z-Calibration right after. Just to make sure it's not screwing up because of a binding issue, try move Z up and down and make sure movement is consistent.
